He was born on Sept. 16 1953 to Alice Almeta Banks Arnold and Marshall Arnold Sr. He was the fourth of six children. He loved to attend car shows and auctions.

William ‘Billy’ Arnold Jr. was known for his sense of humour and brought smiles to those who knew him. He was a mentor to many and had confidence that he was able to project on to other people.
