Cornelia was a second-generation American with an intriguing character.
Talbott took after the other women in her family; her grandmother and her sisters. Talbott had a nuclear family of four; a son, daughter, and husband.
Cornelia believed in self-sufficiency. Talbott believed that a female does not need a man. She believed that a woman could achieve anything a man can do or achieve. Talbott had a strong will that flowed through generations.
Besides, Talbott was caring in nature. Apart from hosting her nieces and nephews during summers, she would still host stray cats.
On May 12th, 2020, Cornelia started exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, and when she visited a nearby medical center in El Centro, she was admitted immediately. Talbott passed on May 24th, 2020, at the age of 75 years. Talbott left a legacy of self-sufficiency.
